an organic, monoazo red of the Naphthol AS series. It is a yellowish very pure red shade offering a good hiding power. Its weather and lightfastness in full shade are excellent. Paints based on this product offer a nice gloss. Its rheological properties allow a high pigment loading (25 to 30 % based on dry resin). This product enables the formulation of vivid, opaque leadfree red shades. It is also offering the possibility to formulate opaque reds in combination with other red pigments when bluish red shades are required.
